Shipping & Delivery
-NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR SMALL ORDERS-
Only large orders for orders outside of the US, we must get a special license for each international order, so it has to be worth it to get the license for the order.
* Because of the Pepper Sprays we keep in stock, we can not ship Pepper Sprays to the following states: Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Michigan, and New York.
However, we can ship animal pepper spray, such as our: Bear Pepper Spray and Dog Pepper Spray to ALL 50 states!

(If ordering pepper spray and not animal spray from any of these states, please provide an alternate shipping address that we can legally ship to.)
Please supply an alternate shipping address if your state does not allow pepper spray to be delivered to you.
Your purchase will generally be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you place your order by 4 PM eastern time on a business day, we will try our best to ship it the same day!
SHIPPING IS FREE for all orders over $30.00 with USPS.

Returns & Replacements
Our Return Policy is simple.
-We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any product that you purchase from the site.
-We do NOT pay for return shipping.
-Refunds are given once the item is inspected, once received.
-Normal processing returns is 5-7 days, although it can be up to 10 days.
Need to return an item? It's simple, just read the following:
* Contact us by e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide the following information when you e-mail us: Full Name(that you used to order with), order number, order date, which items you would like to return, a telephone you can be reached at, and alternate (cell phone) number, and the reason for return.
You MUST provide an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, if you forget to put it with your shipment, you may fax/scan it to us, but you must include all the information that you had with your shipment again.
* Exchanges - If a product is defected, we will exchange that product for you, and you won't be charged shipping back to you. However, in any other case, you will be charged shipping. (If you think you have a reason for an exception to that, contact us).
* IMPORTANT - The items must be returned in resealable condition with the original packaging and/or accessories(holsters). Otherwise, we can't refund you - Sorry!
*If you want to return a purchase, you must pay for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse the cost of shipping via the shipping method you used originally.
* Be sure to send the return through UPS since this method is the easiest to be tracked. If you prefer to use US mail, make sure that the package is insured with confirmation. It is your duty to make sure the package gets to Loyal Defender, not ours.
